These lights were very easy to install. You get quite a good length of cable/wire, where you can tuck away or leave out whatever length you need for your lights. I did have to strip the wire shields back a bit more when doing the electrical connections, but that isn’t too hard at all.
The only complaint I have is the gold pieces at the top of the lamp shades. I would have preferred them to just be black like the rest of the fixture. However, they still look nice and can’t complain too much due to the great value. You get what you pay for!

These were super easy to install, and they look great! Enough cable to choose lengths.
One complaint would be that they base screws should be black instead of silver. I went to a local hardware store and got them in black.
We installed hue globe lights and they look great!

The whole assembly the light bulb goes in to wasn’t secured properly, therefore the bulb turned freely and wouldn’t come out. And the wire holding the assembly (the hot wire) snapped and it came out. Amazon refuses to assist at all because it’s been a year. I want to know why that wasn’t properly fastened in place so that wouldn’t happen? If it hadn’t come loose it could have started a fire or shocked me if I touched the metal lamp.

This light is so cheap made. It has some car wire inside…can’t be proper code for wiring in Canada. It’s hanging from the ceiling for one week and wire is still not straight, because of light weight. Not recommend.

Simply perfect for me. Exactly as I hoped. It feels good when you put so much time and thought into choosing something online that is special for your home and its just right doesnt it? Very gratifying purchase. These do involve some electrical knowledge or careful planning to install. You can see some examples of this in other reviews that included photos showing them mounted in a piece wood or a piece if pipe and just hooking up to a plug instead of hardwiring or installing 3 individual boxes and cutting holes in the ceiling. I feel this is a good example that it’s perfectly fine for companies not to be over greedy. I think that practice works out well for all involved. That’s how you build a great company to last generations. ^|^

The price was right but be careful handling them. Also pick the proper lights or your area will not be bright enough.

Love the lamps nice looking and a great price. But here’s the thing, as you see in the 2 pictures, I had to drill out one of the clips because of material that overlapped . Now in their defence that wouldn’t be the norm, but still annoying. I didn’t like the hanging wire because it wouldn’t straighten out so I went to the store got 1/2 hot PVC pipe not white the beige because the diameter is smaller, sent that pic as well. With all that was done I give it a 5 star because of the price and easy fix it turned out to be great lighting that was very affordable

I shopped a few similar looking models of this light and decided on this model. The construction quality is heavy and very good quality. I only had a small issue, not with the light, but an installation consideration due to my contractor’s sloppy work. The hole where the electrical box was soffited in was cut too large and I had to use a trim ring to hide his laziness. With the trim ring installed, I was unable to affix the light to the provided bracket because it bolts up from the side, which was inaccessible because of the insert in the trim ring. Because of all this, which as stated, is not the fault of the light manufacturer, I had to drill two small holes in the cover plate to install the fixture. I’m saying this purely for informational purposes, in case you find yourself in a similar situation with installation. Just note, that the fixture bolts up from the side, not the face. I’m going to try to post a couple of photos. I also left one piece off of the light because it suited my application better, so if it doesn’t look exactly like the photo, that’s why.

I was hesitant to purchase these because of the price being low. I redid my kitchen and purchased glass pendants before these which came in defective. After several emails to the company to send the glasses to replace the bad ones with no success I returned them and played it safe and purchased these metal ones. I’m so glad I did! I did an all white kitchen and wanted a little contrast but was worried it would be too much with the black. But these are gorgeous. The gold accent on them soften them up and I added antique Edison bulbs for warmth and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone that has seem my kitchen has asked where I got these lights from. The delivery was fast and the item was packaged nicely. I’ll post some photos soon.

Install was really easy. these are over my kitchen island. They are a little small for the space, but the light part is a standard size. I could easily swap out the black hood part in the future. The more I see them though, the more I like them. The brass light part is metal and has a nice rich coloring to it. I wish they didn’t put a sticker on that, was a pain to get the residue off. Shade is sleek looking, al lmetal. Added a touch of black pain over the ceiling cap screws so they aren’t obvious. Happy.

I am a home builder, so have some experience with light fixtures, this ones I got for the bar in my ranch, let me tell you, the quality is just great especially compared to the ones that you can get at big blue/orange stores, there I will expect to pay several times more for something equivalent, that said the whole product is made of metal, seems to be pretty well build and looks really expensive.

very great lights. i set them up above my bar and they are perfect. not plastic at all . the only down side was it takes a bit of thinking for just a minute to put the pieces together. it doesnt have any real directions. but if you hav the ability to wire in your own lights i am sure you have the know how in you to figure these lights out. all said i am very impressed. great value for the price. packaging was just a plan box.
